Recco has a full staff of Home Health Aides (HHA) and Personal Care Aides (PCA) available to assist you or your loved one. All of our HHA’s and PCA’s are fully trained and certified under the NYS Department of Health regulations to provide assistance with activities of daily living in the privacy and comfort of your home. Our PCA’s and HHA’s are supervised under the direction of a Registered Nurse.

Assistance with Daily Activities include, but are not limited to:
• Bathing, grooming and dressing
• Skin care, hair care and oral hygiene
• Meal preparation including cooking, serving and feeding
• Light housekeeping
• Laundry and ironing
• Assistance with walking and transfers (bed to chair, sit to stand)
• Medication reminders
• Local errands and shopping

All of our HHAs & PCAs are bonded and insured and are thoroughly screened including certifications, references and FBI criminal history background checks as well as supervised by a registered nurse.

All of our RN Supervisors are licensed by New York State and have many years experience in the home care field. The RN Supervisor carefully assesses each person’s health care needs and personal life situations to develop an individualized plan of care in order to provide the best care possible. RN Supervisors train and supervise the caregivers, communicate with the physician and family members and are available 24/7 to answer any questions or emergencies that may arise. All services are performed in accordance with the physician’s orders, under the direction of the Director of Nursing.

If you or your loved one is in need of non-medical care such as shopping, cooking, cleaning, accompany to and from doctor’s appointments, then Recco Companion Service is the answer. Our compassionate caregivers can provide a wide variety of individualized services, as well as respite to those family members who are in need of some well deserved time off. When you cannot be there to assist with those “everyday chores” rest assured, Recco’s Companions will give you “Peace of Mind”. All of our companions are bonded and insured and are screened for criminal history and references.

Recco strives to meet all the client’s needs from an hourly basis to live-in (24 hour care). Live-in service allows you to have someone available on a daily basis when you cannot be with your loved one. The patient’s medical condition, home care needs, family support and home setting are all taken into consideration. Our clinical team works in conjunction with the physician to develop an individualized plan of treatment in order to achieve the highest optimal outcome. Live-in care is an affordable solution to hourly rates and it will give you “Peace of Mind” knowing they are never left alone.

The Recco Clinical Care Team are trained skilled professionals who provide case management services. The main focus is to ensure that the patient’s needs are met in order to achieve the highest optimal patient outcomes. It is the goal of the case manager to work in collaboration with the patient and other key service providers to develop an individualized comprehensive service plan specific to the clients needs and preferences.

All of the nurses on staff are currently licensed in the State of New York. The RN’s and LPN’s perform a wide array of skilled services and work in conjunction with the physician to develop goals and achieve optimal client outcomes.

Our skilled professionals are qualified to conduct Nursing Assessments when requested through contractual arrangements. The assessment consists of a visit by a skilled nurse for a comprehensive evaluation and management of a patient’s treatment.

All of our contracted therapists work in conjunction with a physician to achieve optimal client outcomes. A care plan on treatment goals are formulated based on the client’s medical condition.
